Wanda's Critters Etc. - Shipping & Returns Policies

Shipping & handling costs have been carefully and exactly calculated based
on experience over the years so that the customer is charged as little as possible
to see to it that everything ordered is shipped promptly and safely. For policies
and shipping charges, as well as the return policy, please refer to the sections
below.

* Each order is double-checked for accuracy and safely hand packaged with care.

* All orders will ship within 3-7 business days unless otherwise specified.

* If there is any unforeseen problem or delay with your order, you will be contacted
immediately and have the right to then change or cancel the order as you feel necessary.

* Depending on size and destination, packages will be shipped USPS, First Class Mail, or
Airmail. Rest assured that your package will be always be shipped using the safest, quickest
method available.

* Due to the risk of disease transmission, Wanda’s Critters Etc will ONLY accept Returns that
have NOT BEEN OPENED.

* If you are at all unsure of the best size for your bird, it is imperative to ask before purchasing;
and always remember to specify the type of bird for whom you are ordering. If the reason for
return is an error on our part, we will gladly pay return shipping costs and re-shipping costs of
the correct item; However, IF IT IS CUSTOMER ERROR, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
RETURN SHIPPING & RE-SHIPPING COSTS, so please order carefully.

* When receiving your order, check to make sure you received the correct sizes and colors. If
they are incorrect–DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGING! Simply contact Wanda and Wanda’s
Critters Etc. will pay for the return shipping of any item(s) sent to you in error.

* Although Wanda’s Critters Etc. will not accept items that have been opened, the
manufacturer guarantees their items against manufacturer defects and does exchange items
that do not fit the designated bird type on the size chart. That is why it's extremely important to
make sure to designate the type of bird that you are ordering the item for when making a
purchase. This prevents Avian Fashions' warranty from being voided.

Please note that all rates (for shipping and merchandise) are listed in American dollars
($USD). Upon checkout, PayPal should automatically convert your order into the correct
currency. For up-to-date currency exchange rates, please refer to ExchangeRate.com (link

Due to the size/weight of certain items, there are two exceptions that are not covered by our
flat rate shipping policy. These items are Flightsuit Hangers and Flightsuit Liners.

Shipping for Flightsuit Hangers is $4 for the first, and $1 for each additional hanger.

For Flightsuit Liners, shipping charges will vary depending on the quantity and shipping

and she will quote you a price and send you a PayPal invoice for the total.
