Etc. will no longer be selling the solution or wipes.

With much thought and consideration, Wanda's Critters Etc. can no longer accept returns.
There are many reasons for this change. First and foremost, because the health and happiness
of each bird is the number one priority here, we cannot risk any form of cross-contamination.
Also, not accepting returns will allow us to provide you with the lowest possible prices, which is
also extremely important. See the Shipping & Returns section for full information.

As always, Wanda is more than happy to help find the perfect size for your bird, so we urge
you to send an e-mail with any questions before you order if you are at all unsure of the right
size.

Many items sold are backed by manufacturer's guarantees. If you need any assistance in
finding out more information about that guarantee, simply contact Wanda and she'll be happy
to help.

We assure you that this, and all decisions made, are made with the customer's best interest in

The catalog pages are coming along slowly but surely! If you will notice, there is now a
category on the left for "Pick-A-Package". This features a lot of the popular package deals
from the eBay storefront, in which you can take advantage of an amazing savings by mixing
and matching different flightsuit patterns and Lanyard colors. It's a fabulous deal and very
popular for first time buyers because it gives you everything you need to start your bird's
wardobe off right--including a lot of disposable liners!

If there's still something you'd like to see listed in the catalog, there's a chance it may be
available, but just not listed yet, so don't hesitate to e-mail Wanda with any requests or
inquiries and continue to check back often for updates!

As many of you will notice, any orders placed will automatically be charged a flat-rate
shipping fee of $8.00 USD. This is currently the only way to utilize the PayPal shopping cart
system; PayPal currently does not allow store owners to assign different shipping costs on the
same item(s) depending on the shipping destination. However, Wanda's Critters Etc. refuses to
limit it's clientele to one country! Consequently, even though all orders will be charged $8.00
USD automatically, partial refunds will be promptly given where necessary. See the new

most accurate depiction of the look and feel of each fabric. Now, we have finally come up

suit) on our eBay Storefront as a part of eBay's Giving Works program. All proceeds from the
auctions will go towards Project Greyhound, a not-for-profit 100% volunteer organization
dedicated to the placement of retired racing greyhounds in loving homes.

Much to our dismay, eBay has made some negative policy changes regarding payment
methods. In an effort to promote their partner site, PayPal, they now only allow sellers to accept
PayPal for their auctions. Wanda's Critters Etc. has always accepted a wide range of payment
methods in an effort to cater to our customers, so we were very unhappy with this policy
change.

However, this is just more reason to buy direct through our new Catalog pages on this site. Not
only are we able to offer lower prices than on the eBay Storefront, but we're also still offering a
wide range of payment methods, including Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks, and Money
Orders (in addition to credit cards and direct withdrawals through PayPal). If you're interested
in paying with one of our alternative methods, simply contact Wanda with your order and
she'll be happy to set something up with whichever payment method you prefer!

Much to our disappointment, Avian Fashions has officially decided to discontinue production
of their popular Feather Sweater in all colors and sizes. We have expressed to them that they
are a popular product amongst our customers, but unfortunately their decision stands. We still
have a small amount of them remaining in select sizes and colors, so if you're a fan, stock up
now before it's too late!

Should Avian Fashions decide to start making this great product again, we will be the first to
let you know, so check back from time to time and we will definitely keep you posted.
