How does the lanyard/leash work?
The lanyards are a very simple alternative to a typical harness that requires Houdini-esque
manuevering over and under your birds wings. The lanyards simply attach to a flightsuit,
requiring no additional effort than simply putting a flightsuit on your bird. Attached the end of
a lanyard or anchorline is a two-sided strip of velcro, just the size of the velcro on the back of
a flightsuit. To attach the lanyard, simply place the strip of velcro in between the two sides of
velco on the back of the flightsuit and then fasten the flightsuit like normal. We reccommend
placing the lanyard side of the velcro strip towards the bird's tail, so that it does not irritate
your bird at his/her neck.

Before putting your suit on your bird, the lanyard should attach like this:

(Note: Picture on the right shows what it should look like once the suit is fastened, after you
have put the suit on your bird)
