How do the flightsuit liners work? |
The flightsuit liners are a wonderful way to extend the life of your flightsuits. It is a common misunderstanding in how the liners work, however. While most people assume that the liner is placed inside the patented "poop pouch", this is not the case. If the liner were placed inside the pouch, then the pound would get soiled. Rather, the poop pouch is designed for the liner to be placed over the pouch. The pouch then keeps the flightsuit bottom stretched away from your bird, so that the waste will fall onto the liner, but still be kept away from the bird's body. This maximizes comfort and minimizes the mess. Before putting your suit on your bird, the liner should look something like this: (Note: Pictured flightsuits are inside out for clarity) |
